1) The Board of Directors typically schedules its meetings on the first Monday of January, April, May, June, September and November, holidays not interfering, of each year. The November membership meeting is open to all dues payers who have become members by the end of February each year.
2) The above subjects listed for each meeting is minimalized as it relates to topics addressed.

Indian Valley Country Club in
